All meetings, take place on a Thursday evening, open at 7.00 p.m., with the paper being presented at 7.30 p.m., and take place at Doubletree Club Hotel - Los Angeles International Airport, 1985 East Grand Ave., El Segundo, CA, unless otherwise stated.
